If you're looking to snap up three contiguous lots in West Hollywood, head to Loopnet and gaze upon this project at 1005 N. Crescent Heights* (or is it Drive?) (Google puts Drive in Los Angeles) that was once supposed to hold a 21-unit condo project designed by local architect Lorcan O'Herlihy. Via the Loopnet listing: "Initial schematics call for gross residential area of 27,703SF. Each parcel has an intact single family structure. All three parcels generate $120,000 per year in rental income." The sellers would like you to give them $3.6 million for the lots. But these sales can be a little tricky: The foreclosed upon land that was once supposed to hold the Kanner Architects-designed Hollywood Evolution is still up for grabs.
