We're calling bullsh-t on this Great Deal Alert. As covered before, Echo Park real estate agent Ken Shapiro likes to send out emails that notify readers of a Great Deal Alert. In this case, Shapiro's Great Deal is one-bedroom, one-bath home at 2913 Reservoir Street that's listed at $399,000. The home, which is 688 square feet, last sold in 2002 for $232,000.
