More pluses: it has five bedrooms, two bathroom, vaulted ceilings, and the listing assures us "the original owners have maintained this property in its Architecturally designed state." The listing also notes the courtyard has "multiple sliding glass doors, fountain and landscaping." The minuses: there are no photos of the interior other than the bedroom (where are those vaunted vaulted ceilings mentioned in the listing?) and we wonder how much deferred maintenance might accrue with the same owner for 45 years? Asking price: $569,000 or $274 per square foot.
