Lofts at @ Hollywood and Vine: Nearly Halfway There

Globe St. does a check-in with the Lofts at @ Hollywood and Vine, Palisades Development Group's 65-unit development (in the former Equitable office building at 253 Hollywood Blvd). Since the building opened in May 2007, 27 units of the 60 residential units (there are five office units) have sold. As far as pricing, Avi Brosh, Palisades Development Group's head, is sticking with "aggressive pricing," listing units at $300,000-$1 million. He tells the paper: "We are in it for the long haul." Brosh is also behind the forthcoming but slightly delayed Palihouse project (right up the street). His group also did LAX's Custom Hotel, which is under a new management, a press rep told us yesterday.
