That Dwell magazine-worthy 949 Sun Mun Way property, a building which once housed the famous Madame Wong's club, was listed last summer for $3.285 million. There's a lot going on here: Buyers get two residential lofts, and four retail spaces (one looks like the shoe/clothing store Lion's Den). The owners of this property may have won a 2007 Conservancy Award for their work on the building, but they're finding it difficult to sell: After a second chop, the new price is $2.59 million. Take the whole tour of the property here. Meanwhile, it looks like virtually all of those Chinatown loft spaces featured on Curbed have had price chops and are still available.
