Fly Away from curbed los angeles on Vimeo.
MID-WILSHIRE: An astute commenter once remarked on Curbed that the only hope the city has in fighting supergraphics is if one of the graphics flys off a building, wraps around a car, and causes a crash. That may force some sort of forced legal removal of the suckers. Well, it was very windy this past Sunday. So windy that a supergraphic on a building at Wilshire Boulevard and Crescent Heights was really moving--it looked like the whole left side had become unbolted (it doesn't appear the bottom hem was never bolted to the building). More photos here. Fly, Lady Liberty, fly! Drivers, keep an eye out for her! [Curbed Staff]
