Perhaps taking a cue from other downtown developers, Barker Block cut prices on 10 of its units last Thursday, offering reductions of about $10,000-$20,000. According to the sales staff, this unit above has dropped from $299,000 to $285,000 (MLS hasn't updated) with monthly HOAs of $355 a month. Enough of a chop? Barker is in the third phase of selling (this building has about 100 units so it would seem like a good time to cut prices), and is still awaiting that much-talked about Primo Cucina grocery--where is that thing?
