Hey "Gilmore Girls" fans, this one is for you. Owned and renovated by Melissa McCarthy, aka Chef Sookie, this 3,832-square foot four bedroom, four-and-a-half bath house in the Oaks features two offices, a formal living room and dining room, nine foot ceilings, French doors, and two terraces on the second floor. There's also a brick patio, pool and a spa. McCarthy bought the house in August 2006 for $2.1 million. Today's asking price: $2.495 million or $651 per square foot. We hear that given the extent of the renovations, Sookie McCarthy probably isn't making very much, if anything, with that asking price. Listing is here and here.
