Atwater Village Is Quite the Party

Blogger Atwater Village Newbie, who has been doing an excellent job of recording every single gun shot heard in the neighborhood, (there's been plenty lately), offers up some more news: A second marijuana pharmacy is opening up right across from an existing one on Glendale Blvd. One local’s reaction: "It's going to be a medical marijuana pharmacy! Is that really what we need to bring change to the village? Unbelievable. All that time the Leasing sign was posted I was hoping for a nice cafe, deli, book shop, anything besides a bloody marijuana pharmacy!" As for the gun shots/pot combo, good luck to the people who are made more paranoid by smoking weed. [AVN]
