Since a visit in January, The Gatsby Hollywood, that condo development rising at the corner of Wilcox and Fountain, has just sprouted up. As far as its detailing, it's definitely an old-timey and different look for the neighborhood, so let's imagine Nick Carraway shacked up in a condo--rather than an Long Island bungalow--tapping away, waiting for Daisy to come down from the hills. The sales office for the project--34 single-family home (they are detached)--continues to operate, and last we heard, prices were estimated to start in the high $700,000.
