It was last December that we first visited this project at 512-522 Brooks Ave, a townhome project that's being developed by Woodland Hills-based Heritage Home Development. Back then a real estate agent repping the project told us construction is expected to be done by March or April. There have been some delays, however: Here's what the web site says: "Scheduled for construction in early 2007, these upscale lofts in the middle of Venice Beach in the Abbot Kinney area will undoubtedly draw you in with their architectural design and creativity." The same web site is showing some sample floor action if that sort of thing gets you excited.
