That was quick: That three-bedroom Shag-a-Something on Laurel Way that was listed for $9.995 million on April 4th is falling fast. Who knows what happened, but yesterday the price dropped to $8.795 million. The notable thing about the listing, of course, besides the "unobstructed views of the city from Downtown to the Pacific Ocean" was this bit: "Parking for 15 cars."
