What slowdown? West LA's Federal Avenue—a hop, skip, and a jump from the numerous condo projects on Sawtelle Boulevard—has two housing structures quickly coming to fruition just south of Santa Monica Boulevard. Signage is poor, so it's hard to tell what exactly is going on, but with a little detective work we discovered the interesting looking structure (first three pics) is 19 condos (not a Medieval Times) and is supposed to be available in a couple months. There's no website yet but maybe the town crier has more information. This plywood baby just a block north (last three shots) will be a 10-unit apartment complex called the Federal Villa, with no website as far as we can discern. It's in the townhouse-y style currently in vogue in West LA.
