There was some question as to what pricing would be like at Hancock Lofts, that new development by CIM rising on Santa Monica Boulevard. Back in March 2008, emails from the company indicated that project, designed by Koning Eizenberg, would be priced from the $900,000s and up. Well, the latest email blast indicates that sales are officially on and that the 31 units will be priced from the $800,000s and up (minus the affordable housing part). Looks like CIM was able to pencil this one out without adding advertising. Some sample floor plans can be seen on this post.
