Via The Architect's Newspaper new blog, we learn that while states like New York, Ohio and Illinois all have web sites dedicated to the state's stimulus spending, California is curiously absent. Linked from President Obama's recovery.org web site, 16 states have launched individual sites to track their stimulus efforts. But not California, at least not yet. Are we really going to let Montana and Kansas kick our ass in the race to greater transparency?
