When it comes to the city's most expensive units, the developers behind the under-construction Ritz-Carlton in downtown may not be doing any price reductions, but over on Wilshire Boulevard, the under-construction Carlyle isn't afraid to perform a little corrective surgery. Units in the 78-unit building (developer is Elad Properties) were initially priced from $2.9 million, with the penthouses offered between $12 million-$15 million. But looking over Redfin, a two-bedroom unit that was priced at $3,209,800 dropped this week to $2,405,000. Additionally, a three-bedroom that was priced at $6,245,20 is now at $5,050,000. Meanwhile, a model unit (seen above) is now on display in the sales office (appointment only). All the furnishings (as well as the furnshings in the shared spaces) are by Fendi. Happy hunting.
