Back in December we noticed this unusual listing in Eagle Rock -- an "Artist / Sculpture Retreat" that included a fish pond, vaulted ceilings and yes, a water tank that was used as an artist studio. But with a listing price of $649,946 or $571 per square foot on 1.17 acres, most of the commenters still found it too expensive, despite the large lot. It's now relisted on the MLS with a substantial pricechop. New asking price is $549,945 or $483 per square foot. Listing in here.
