Santa Monica-based Kanner Architects, the firm behind that futuristic gas station that recently opened on Slauson Blvd, also look like they are getting closer to finishing this condo project at 11320 Exposition Boulevard in West Los Angeles. Later this week, the folks behind real estate firms Deasy Penner/Value of the Architecture are expected to announce prices for the 22-unit project, a development by developers Urban Environment. Anyone want to take a stab at what the developer will ask on these? Meanwhile, this building got much attention when the rendering was released two years ago, but it's looking like the final project is a tad less shiny.
