Ever since Candy Spelling announced that she'd purchased the $47 million penthouse at that under-construction Related Cos tower on Avenue of the Stars, everyone has waited for Spelling, widow of tv executive Aaron Spelling, to list her famous 57,000-square-foot Holmby Hills house. The day has arrived where you can own a 26-bathroom home: Spelling is asking $150 million for the residence reports, the Wall Street Journal. And it turns out people have been calling for months. "Since Ms. Spelling announced her planned move to Century City, she's fielded roughly a dozen calls from qualified buyers, including some hotel investors, estimates Stephen Goldberg, her attorney. She didn't consider lowering the price. "The ones who could afford it three years ago, can still afford it today," he says. $150 million "is not a lot."
