They decline to comment on the buyer "we claim you won't let us out of contracts" lawsuit, but Roosevelt Lofts developer Milbank talks to the Downtown News about the status of the project. "Meanwhile, Milbank has reduced its condo prices by about 15% throughout the building and has sold 68 units, said sales director Randelle Green. No sales have closed yet, but Green said he expects the first escrows to be finished within two weeks.
