KOREATOWN: What up, Solair? It's been a while since there was a a mention of that 22-aqua green condo tower at Wilshire and Western, but via an email, here's the latest from an exec at development firm Koar Institutional Advisors. He writes: "The project is going great. Funny you ask today, because we actually received our Temporary Certificate of Occupancy this morning! Here is a quick update: --Action Property Management has taken over management of the building. --We will turn the retail space over to our tenants in the coming weeks for them to begin their Tenant Improvements. --A number of them have already pulled TI permits and are ready to begin construction. -- In April, we plan to move our sales office into the building and open 3 model units on the 18th floor showcasing all of our finishes including: Bontempi Casa cabinetry, CaesarStone countertops, and Grohe fixtures among others. 4. We anticipate moving our buyers into the building in May shortly after we open our sales office." [Curbed Staff]
