The last check there was of this building was way back in August, but here's a look at architecture firm Pugh + Scarpa's still-under construction condo development King on Kings. No immediate word on how sales are going, but it looks like the exterior paneling is en route, as they say. Last summer, we reported that one of the one-bedroom was asking $1.175 million---and the unit referenced is no longer listed on Redfin.
