This is what you might call a budding architect/developer's Venice dream: Two lots, with a house apiece on them, are being sold as one parcel, so presumably some innovative and deep-pocketed entrepreneur could come and tear down the two homes and build whatever he/she wanted. Via the listing: "2 Lots un-tied, 10,800 sq ft of land just steps from Abbot Kinney Blvd. 623 & 625 Palms Blvd, both lots sold together for a rare development opportunity or live in the existing classic Venice homes. 1st home is 2 bdrm/2.5 ba 1911 craftsman, 2nd home is 2 bdrm/1 ba traditional." It's hard to tell from the photos what the houses look like, but all that green, shade--and the two homes of course--is priced at $2.85 million. Meanwhile, that other double lot home in Venice has dropped $100,000 in price.
