INGLEWOOD: A 5'x5' table-top model of new mega retail, dining, and entertainment project will be on display this weekend (March 14-15, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m) at the Planning Center at Hollywood Park (located at the race track near Century Blvd. and Prairie Ave). The entertainment district displayed in the model is part of the $2 billion Hollywood Park Tomorrow plan that'll look to turn the 238-acre Hollywood Park area into a mixed-use district. The first phase calls for four new retail anchors and restaurants, stores, and sidewalk cafes. [Curbed Inbox]

KOREATOWN: The city's Community Redevelopment Agency is throwing a grand opening fete for Koreatown's new Hobart Heights development on Thursday at 10 am. This is a five-story, $16.9 million apartment complex, near Olympic and Hobart, that comes complete with 48 affordable units (hence the CRA's involvement). [Curbed Inbox]
