Lloyd Wright's famous Franklin Avenue Sowden House still is up for rent, and while the seven-bedroom, four-bath house--which was purchased in 2002 by designer/developer Xorin Balbes, who did a remodel of the house and made it his personal residence upon completion--is still available for $25,000 per month, as we reported last year, but if you sign a longer lease, it can be yours for the small sum of $19,500 per month (furnished). Or, it's $10,000 per week, perhaps the best option for all those wandering, Mexico-less spring breakers looking for a house to rent.
