PriceSpotter is Curbed's guessing game. Leave your guesses in the comments, and remember, winners never cheat and cheaters never win!

A Twist: A reader writes in to let us know his friend recently listed his townhouse in West Hollywood. "It is a friend of mine...I’ve indicated to him that he [has listed] it way above market." Apparently the friend is sticking to his guns. If it's overpriced, what has his friend listed it at?

What: A two-bedroom, two-half bath condo on Larrabee.

Size: 1,255 square feet

More details: "End unit town home in prime WeHo. Lushly landscaped courtyard building features sparkling pool/sun area. This unit has the largest private patio, with a spa. Amazing cooks kitchen w/ all new Italian cabinetry, ceasarstone, upscale appliances including: warming oven, drawer style microwave, built in cappuccino maker, wine cooler.AMAZING! Redone baths." (The listing calls it a condo.)
