Can this be blamed on the city's pot-smelling trees? "Quick question?I live on Kings Road and about 2 months ago a water main broke outside our condo building. It is broken again, cordoned off and water is pouring at a constant stream through the road surface (glad to see Weho are so on top of fixing it!) Since it broke the first time, the cold water in our building has had a really pungent, almost 'pot' like smell??.....any clues??"
