Following auctions for developments in Long Beach, Studio City, and Downtown, on March 22nd, there'll be an auction at the Hilton Pasadena for the remaining units at the Ostrich Farm Lofts, 53 live/work lofts located in the old Cawston Ostrich Farm. Prices start at $179,000. These units actually sound interesting. Additionally, in April, the same company holding the Pasadena auction will hold an auction in Hollywood, but the details on that one aren't being released yet.
