Well, your Spanish Revival is revived and looking for buyers. If you can handle the late afternoon Sunset Blvd traffic jam, the three-bedrooms, which initially started at $2.2 million, are now asking $1.749 million, while there are also units as cheap as $1.499 million. One of the commenters pointed out that floor plans make for a very small living rooms, and it's true--these are really townhomes. Plus, no pool! Crimey.
