More auctions coming your way: Real estate/auction company Zetabid just sent out an email indicating they are having a giant auction of SoCal homes on March 7 in Pomona. Via the press release: "The properties are single-family homes, condos and town houses ranging from $50,000 to $800,000. The homes are primarily in Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange and Kern counties. The largest concentration of properties is in the Inland Empire." Is it worth the drive to Pomona? You decide, but these are some of the less terrible looking properties (we can't vouch for location on some of these) off the official web site for the auction:
Two unit duplex, near Hollywood Forever Cemetery, starting bid: $112,470
