The Craigslist listing doesn't provide a lot of detail on size, but since there was a listing in this famous Tower--which was featured in "The Long Goodbye" and other films--late last year, you do know that most of the project is only accessible via elevator or a public walk street. Meanwhile, Loopnet currently shows that the unit at 2181 Broadview is still on the market.
