Who can tell if that's the Bank of America Plaza unnaturally added to some sort of Los Angeles bridge and then all of it seriously wounded in Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen? All we know is that director Bay did a number on downtown (hullo, Eastern Columbia!) the first time around.
