NORTH HOLLYWOOD: Above is a rendering of the idyllic-looking SoCal life aka the Valley Plaza project. A reader inquires: "Any news on the development of Valley Plaza in North Hollywood? A quick trip to JH Snyder's website shows a mid-2009 commencement. But in this environment, didn't know if projects were still moving forward. They're still going on NoHo Commons III, though - so I'm hoping they're on track."
