CurbedWire: Downtown's Retailey Garage, Measure B Talk

New, 7 comments

SOUTH PARK: Developer CIM is making good time with their seven-story parking garage (one level is underground) with bottom-floor retail (there's already two Coffee Bean/Tea Leaves on the block, so please no more). The Flower Street structure will hold 75-100 parking spots for public use and 602 stalls for residents of CIM's nearby Market and Gas Company lofts. Completion was slated for October, but they look ahead of schedule. [Curbed Staff]

LOS ANGELES: Surely you realize the March 3rd election is coming up fast?
