There were a lot of oohs and ahhs last December when fashion designer Randolph Duke listed his Hollywood Hills house. Now, more photos, a whole web site and a price drop have emerged, all part of an effort to better showcase--and ultimately move--this Fareholm Drive residence. Designed by XTEN Architects, the home, originally listed at $8.25 million, has dropped to $7.85 million. There are more than 100 lovely photos on the web site, but the one with the dry cleaning may be the only indication that this house is actually someone's home.
