Oh, those tired CA politicians. But the photographers are wide awake. LA Land reports that the current not yet passed $42-billion state budget includes a proposal for a $10,000 tax break for new home buyers. According to the blog it "is for the purchase of newly built homes -- must be a principal residence bought on or after March 1 this year and before March 1, 2010." [LA Land]
