Architect Richard Neutra's Barsha Residence in the Pacific Palisades home was purchased by designer/real estate agent Scott Lander last year, completely re-done and then re-listed last October for $2.495 million. Now, keep in mind that it originally sold $1.487 million. Call it a flip, but apparently a lot of work needed to be done. When it was listed last October there were few interior shots, but more photos have been added, while the home has also undergone a slim $100,000 drop. What goes up must come down. And how about those blinds? Who doesn't feel like pouring oneself a gin and tonic, drawing those blinds and doing something highly deviant?
