Despite confirmation from the developer's rep that architect Daniel Libeskind is behind a downtown condominium project, there's been very little physical evidence that shows his involvement, nor does anyone at his architecture firm return any calls. But here's more confirmation: Libeskind's name on a piece of paper with city of Los Angeles letterhead. Here are the minutes from a November Downtown Neighborhood Planning & Land Use Committee meeting. According to the minutes, the architect on the project is Daniel Libeskind, the developer is California Human Technologies, it'll look to break ground in early 2009 and take about 3 years to complete.
