New, 2 comments

A Bloomberg story about the financial difficulties facing East Coast-based real estate investment firm Broadway Partners, and the company's plans to auction off Boston's famous John Hancock Tower, has this bit of news: " The other Broadway Partners property set for auction is 10 Universal City Plaza in Universal City, California, (pictured) a 35-story tower. The auction does not include 1615 L St., a 13-floor building in Washington." Additionally, the newswire states that Broadway Partners recently sold 444 South Flower St. in Los Angeles, and a stake in 1888 Century Park East. [Bloomberg]
