The architecture gods offer up the first photo of developer CIM's Sunset + Vine project, that 1960s office tower that's being converted into apartments. This photo is up on Kanner Architects' web site, the firm that did the work on the 22-story building, and we're told this shot is new as of October. There's been chatter before about openings, but this is the first sign that the tower, which was supposed to be completed last year, may indeed be very close to the finish line. More to come, hopefully.
