Researchers at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory collected sale data on 7,500 single family houses near wind farms and found no evidence that the turbines affected property values (on average): "Specifically, neither the view of the wind facilities nor the distance of the home to those facilities is found to have any consistent, measurable, and statistically significant effect on home sales prices." Good job, guys. Now do solar panels. [TreeHugger]
