Continuing to sell parts of bankrupt developer John Laing's portfolio, Bank of America has hawked off the proposed Mosaic project at 14121-14153 Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks. Sounds like some sort of apartment and retail project will rise on the site, according to a managing partner at BW Brody, the local development firm that bought the parcel.
