The Wall Street Journal profiles 58-year-old Bay Area resident Lidia Pringle, who, according to the paper, "has became something of a legend in local real-estate circles for conducting one of the longest and most tenacious house hunts that brokers here can recall." Since 2007, Pringle has looked at nearly 300 properties. According the paper, "fussy buyers are called 'tire kickers' or 'fence sitters.' Brokers love to hate them." Pringle finally settled on a home in September in Tiburon. [WSJ]
