Yesterday, Nathalie Bui, one of those buyers who purchased at the Concerto auction, provided an update on move-ins at developer Sonny Astani's downtown project, a building that saw a delay in move-ins due to the project's bankruptcy filing. She writes: "I closed escrow on the 15th and I just moved in yesterday! And this morning, I was woken up by the sounds of movers in the unit above me. I believe about a dozen people moved in before I did. It's all very exciting. I can't wait to get to know my new neighborhood." Astani tells the Downtown News that move-ins started last month. Meanwhile, what's the state of that tower (pictured above)? Astani didn't immediately return an email asking about the second portion of the development.
