Coolest Grandma in the World

The Los Angeles Business Journal had an inspired idea in their latest issue: profiling eight business leaders over 80 (rather than the usual 40 under 40). Of note was Anne-Merelie Murrell, the stylish 81-year-old chief executive of Giroux Glass, a glass contracting company in Downtown. Murrell turned the company around since buying it in 1991, and has built the Grand Canyon "skywalk," completed more than $50 million of work on Vegas' CityCenter, and is bidding on the LAX Tom Bradley International Terminal Project.
