Remember old friend Pier Pointe in Marina del Rey? The nearly-completed Lennar project was auctioned off earlier this year to Los Angeles-based SunBrook. According to a press rep for the project, the development will now be known as a Latitude 33, and the soft-opening is scheduled for February. Additionally, Yo Venice emails us to note there's new signage up on the building, while you can check out Latitude 33's web site here. Via the site: "Three residence collections with a spectrum of living options. The Sky Flats offer loft-style residences, while the Boardwalk Townhomes feature 2-story townhome designs. The Beach Homes will debut in the fall of 2010 with walk street style residences." The rep also says LA-based architecture firm KAA Design Group has been hired to do more work on the project, including exterior changes.
