Proving that it's never too early to start picking out your next summer rental, reservations are now being accepted for 1719 Ocean Front, a five-unit rental project that opened about a year ago. The project was developed by O Hotel Group's Michael Rahimi, the same guy who did the O Hotel on Flower Street in downtown. According to listing broker David Solomon, each home is 3,500 square foot and rents range from $15,000 to $55,000 a month (the pricier units have better views). We're just fascinated with that elevator. Why climb stairs when you can beam yourself up instead?
