Last December, fashion designer Randolph Duke listed his Hollywood Hills home for $8.25 million, and while the house, which was designed by XTEN Architecture, is stunning, buyers were hard to find. In June, the home underwent a meaty chop, dropping to $6.5 million. Now we see that it sold in early December for $5.3 million. The nice folks at listing agency Deasy/Penner confirm that sale price. Your chance to own Duke's old digs has officially passed. [Curbed Staff]
