EaterTastings: An Family Expands, Bouchon Reservation Line Open, Ludo's Back

SANTA MONICA/OC: The An Family, who owns Crustacean in Beverly Hills, is expanding with two new restaurants: AnQi in Costa Mesa, and a fast-casual cafe in Santa Monica, Tiato.

BEVERLY HILLS: The official opening may still be two weeks away, but the reservation line at Thomas Keller's hotly anticipated Bouchon is open.

CULVER CITY: He's baaack. Chef Ludo Lefebvre resumes another pop-up stint of guest cheffing. In December, Ludo is helming the stove at Culver City art galley Royal/T for a "dining and art collaboration."

NATIONAL: The Eater empire is also expanding. Check out Eater's two newest offspring: Eater Portland and Eater Miami. Now you'll always know where to go to get the latest microbrews and ropa vieja.
