Back in May, this three-story unit was available for rent right on the Speedway in Venice. Designed by Frank Gehry and his artist friend Chuck Arnoldi, a commenter informed us it was the former loft of Robert Downey Jr. So imagine if those walls could talk. The unit seems to be back on the rental market, after disappearing the last few months. But this time it's back with a price chop. Instead of the last rental price of $9,500 per month, it's now a slightly more modest $8950 per month. What a bargain.
